Why the extensions disppeared?

I used the Zotero as usual one day and found that there was no extensions. The Add-ons manager has nothing and i shows that "You don't have any add-ons of this type installed". Nothing left including the Word plugin. How should I solve the problem now?

What OS? Can you provide a Report ID?

Try going to your Zotero profile directory, deleting extensions.json, and restarting Zotero.
  • I've tried it, deleting and restarting, but it didn't work.

Windows 10 and Zotero 6.0.10 . Report ID is 156222337. But this problem isn't included in the report.
  • If you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero\extensions\zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org, do you see a chrome.manifest file?

If not, reinstall Zotero from the download page.

If so, close Zotero, move the "C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\" folder to a temporary folder on your desktop, and then restart Zotero, and see if that helps.
  • Yes, it helps. Two official extensions brought by Zotero appear. But there are no literature in the library and other extensions I used before.

What should I do next? Login and download the extensions again? And what about the folder moved out just now?
  • Were you using a custom Zotero data directory? If so, you'll need to reconfigure it from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences, or move your data back to the default location ("Zotero" in your home folder). See Locating Missing Zotero Data if you're not sure.

You'll need to reinstall any third-party extensions.
  • Thank you very much for your reply. It really helpes a lot.

I've just tried solving it. I move the "C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\" folder back, and only move the "prefs.js", "prefs-1.js" files out and restarte the Zotero. There are still no user data as well as the extensions. Then i put the "prefs.js" back and it works. The things missing comes back. I think maybe the problem with the file “prefs-1.js”.And I wonder why this file generated.
