Are files in the Web Library public or private?

I suggest this answer be added to the Documentation page. I am looking at my Web Library now and I do not see any help anywhere in describing the privacy level.

I mean, I have a Privacy setting there, but it doesn't show whether my files are public or private.

I just think that this is important to know.

    There's no public sharing of files in Zotero, even in group libraries.

    The one exception is in your own publications ("My Publications" in the desktop app) if you choose to make the files public.
