Account information

I am logging into my account on a new computer and all of my folders/references are not syncing in my account. Can I get some help?

    The account you're posting from was never synced before — you can see in the Web Library at the top of this page that your library is empty. Note that an account (and syncing) isn't required to use Zotero, so it's entirely possible you were just using Zotero locally without syncing. If you have another account, you'd want to sync with that, but otherwise your data would be on the computer where you last used Zotero, and you could set up syncing from that computer to transfer your data and files.
