Style Error: Journal of the National Cancer Institute
I realized the citation style I am using is from 2013. I want to change the way the references are cited in text.
Currently, it uses a superscript number, but I need to change to non-superscript in parentheses.
My steps:
Preferences > CITE tab
Under "Styles", I chose my style (Journal of the National Cancer Institute) > Style Editor
But the pop-up Zotero Style Editor page is blank.
Am I missing a step?

So you want to edit AMA for your needs.
Note that we have an AMA version that cites like this: [1]
https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:american-medical-association-brackets
Is this style for a particular journal or just a private style?
If the former we'd want to know and edit/add it to our repository.
The style I was looking for was The Journal of the National Cancer Institute. I guess the journal updated the reference style over the years (just slightly).
You can use this: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/4775a2beb19f08387a68e9f1dc448f9ddf9ac05d/journal-of-the-national-cancer-institute.csl
Can I ask you to change the thread title to "Style Error: Journal of the National Cancer Institute"?
Okay, I've changed to thread title.
