Upgrade StorageHelp! Why won't Zotero run on my computer?
I have tried to download Zotero multiple times to my Mac. Shutting down the computer between attempts. Each time it successfully downloads and I can move it into my applications, but then once I try to open it, it says '"Zotero" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.'
Each time I do move it to the trash and I try to download it again- the same thing happens. What do I do?

evangeline721I have used Zotero in the past on this computer! But I am trying to re-download now. Maybe there has been an update and it is no longer compatible?

dstillmanSorry, but we haven't supported macOS versions before 10.11, which came out in 2015, in years. All Macs running 10.9 or 10.10 can be upgraded to 10.11. You'll need to do so to continue using Zotero.
