Likely either the bibliography was flattened or the citations in the document are no longer linked to items in your database (e.g., because you deleted them).
As a first step, delete the bibliography and reinsert using Add/Edit Bibliography, and see what happens.

Gracias. Hice el procedimiento. Efectivamente si puso loas 18 fuentes bibliograficas nuevas. Pero no consideró las 17 anteriores. ¿Qué más puedo hacer?,por favor
