[enhancement] Do not save snapshot for tandfonline.com journals (fixed)

Perhaps there could be more user control over which sites to save snapshots from? In any case, it seems to me that Zotero shouldn't be saving snapshots for journal articles?

    Yeah, we shouldn't be saving a snapshot on that site. Fixed now. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
