What on earth does that mean, please?? I was trying to update my file and now, out of the blue, the Zotero connector won´t open anymore...
How can I fix that, please? I´ve already tried to delete and reinstall it, but it didn´t work.
I´m just a plain user, not a tech savy or professional...
Help me, please?

    Where exactly are you seeing that? That's not a message from Zotero.

    Sorry, I really forgot to explain the context...
    I am writing my thesis at Google Drive, and I have always used the Zotero connector to insert the quotes and references, with no problems. But last time, I couldn´t, the connector does not open and it appears that message that I pasted on the title of this post. The only thing that has changed is that now I have a paid subscription in Google Drive, in order to have more space. But I didn´t change my account. I don´t get what it is happening...

    What do you mean by "the connector does not open", though? You don't "open" the Zotero Connector in any way to use Zotero in Google Docs.

    Can you take a screenshot of what you're referring to, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here?
