It bothers me a lot when I input my PDFs with many highlights from Endnote to Zotero. I can neither delete those highlights nor change their styles, for those highlights the annotations bar shows a lock icon.

I think it will be very helpful if Zotero could support editing the PDF highlights created by other apps.
