Cannot edit highlights created by other apps!

It bothers me a lot when I input my PDFs with many highlights from Endnote to Zotero. I can neither delete those highlights nor change their styles, for those highlights the annotations bar shows a lock icon.

I think it will be very helpful if Zotero could support editing the PDF highlights created by other apps.

You can import them from the File menu in the PDF reader, at which point they'll be removed from the PDF.
