We need an example URL where you're having trouble and a Report ID from the Zotero Connector.
Hi, I encountered the same problem with ACM DL since last week. I updated Zotero (to 6.0.9) and the Connectors as instructed on the Troubleshooting page. But the problem was not fixed. I am able to access and download the PDF files.
One of the papers is https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/3170427.3170620. The Report ID (from the Firefox Zotero connector) is 2078359951. The error was same with Chrome and Safari. The Mac OS is v12.4.
