MathSciNet translator is sometimes not triggerred

I recently started having problems with MathSciNet. Often, "Web Page with Snapshot" gets triggered instead of "AMS MathSciNet". What I have tried:

1. Refreshing the page. Occasionally helps, but usually does not.
2. Hitting "Stop" browser button. Does not help.
3. Updating translators. They are up-to-date.
4. Checking that Zotero connector is up-to-date. Yes, it is.
5. Enabling "Debug Output Logging" in "Help" menu, and opening a MathSciNet entry. No debug output is generated (i.e. 0 lines).

    Works for me.

    Which browser is that?
    Could you also provide the URL exactly as you see it?
    The debug ID should be from the browser connector, not Zotero. It'll definitely log some lines.

    I think I've found the problem. My university embeds a "Get It" button, which is now failing to load (probably our library's fault, as it resides on the library servers). If I allow it to time out, then Zotero kicks in.

    I am confused why pressing browser Stop button did not help.

    As I workaround, using userscripts I can probably fool the browser into thinking that the button is there. I can also complain to my library. There are however other Zotero users out there. It would be nice to have Zotero be smarter in a situation like this.

    Let me know if you still need Debug ID from my Zotero Connector. I'd be happy to provide it.
