Extraction failed - can not open output file

Hi I can't install version 6 as I keep getting this error message when I click on the install file:
Extraction failed - can not open output file

Anyone help!

    You're talking about the Zotero installer on Windows?

    That would either be some problem with your computer (e.g., security software interfering, low disk space) or a corrupted download. Try re-downloading from another browser, and if that doesn't help check your security software.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    Apologies, it was the Windows version and you are correct. My decompression software wasn't working properly. I installed an up to date version of WinRAR and that sorted it out.
