Debug alert

I am trying to log into Zotero on my iPad and an alert popped up that says "Logs Sent. App failed to initialize and can't function properly. Please report Debug ID D37833216 in the Zotero Forums."

How can I fix this and log in?

  • I’m assuming it’s an update. My iPad automatically updates apps and I saw that I was logged out of the Zotero app and now every time I log back in the error pops up.
  • @jlperrault did you update from an old version or beta? Something must have gone very wrong in your case. I didn't encounter this error with anyone else and I'm afraid I can't fix it in code. You'll have to uninstall and reinstall the app either from App Store or TestFlight.
