Style: Meta Translation Journal
Need help with CLS change for an article that I am writing for the Meta Translation Journal Style guide.
CSL code so far:

I spent hours on this, would appreciate very much your support:
1. In bibliography need the family name in small caps and the given name in lower caps, like this: NAME, FirstName, NAME, FirstName, NAME, FirstName, et al., eds. (2005): Title of collection. City/City: Publisher.
2. The in text citation should display with more than two authors like this:
(Author1, Author2, et al. 2004). note: et al is in Italics and does work in the CLS code :-). But now it only displays one author, which is not correct: Author 1, et al, 2004

CSL editor keeps giving an error pop up stating there is an error in line 1360. But cannot find that line or the error.
I also need a comma after 'et al' in the in text citations. I had it there before but it has disappeared :-(
Any help appreciated: https://pastebin.com/wcX6GEbc
Can you link to the citation guidelines? I'm not sure which journal this is.
If you spot any other issues please point them out in a numbered list like this:
"1. item type:
Current output
Wanted output"
That's the easiest way for me.

P.S.: Could you edit the title of this thread to "Style: Meta Translation Journal"
Current output et al.
Wanted output et al,
ps: et al is in Italics which is correct
(Smith 1776) or (Smith, 1776)?
(Smith 1776)
