Zotero for iPad immediately quits

I have been using Zotero for the iPad for a few months now. I've had no problem until today -- every time I try to annotate a certain document, the app immediately quits and loses the annotation. I sent a debug report (although I'm not sure if it went to the right place...)

    Are you getting a Debug ID from Zotero when you restart the app? Can you provide it here?

    That doesn't show a crash, though — that seems to just be a Debug ID for opening the app?

    Zotero will sometimes automatically give a Debug ID when you start the app after a crash. Are you getting that if you reproduce the crash?

    I am not getting a Debug ID when I restart the app. What I was doing was manually hitting "Start Logging" in the "Debug Output Logging" tab, then opening up the problematic file to annotate. As soon as I opened the file, the app crashed. I restarted the app, opened up the file again, watched it crash, restarted the app, then manually stopped the logging. But it appears that the debugging somehow didn't record the crashing?

    And to be clear, this happens every time you try to open the PDF, not when you try to annotate it?

    Can you provide the URL from your web library when the parent item of this attachment is selected?

    Yes, this happens every time I try to open the PDF.
    Do you mean the arXiv URL? (Full text or snapshot)

    Sorry, I'm a little confused -- I'm viewing the annotated pdf in the Zotero app on my laptop. So there's no URL. But this is the link to the arXiv full text https://arxiv.org/abs/2107.08979

    I'm just asking for the URL in your browser's address bar after you select the item in the Zotero web library, so that we can know what item you're talking about. It will be a zotero.org URL.
