When using the AMA 11th edition citation style, I would like the superscripted (1) quotes to be in the form [1] and not superscripted. Do you have a solution? Thanks in advance.

1. remove vertical-align="sup" from line 117
2. change the pre+suffix on line 119 to square brackets
