Hi, I'm new to Zotero. My problem is I can't make footnote. I work on word (mac) and in french. So I can do "ad citation", then I got the nice red ribbon that comes and I can find a reference no problem, but it only gives me the name and the year of the paper. But when I use the "ad note" button, there's a yellow ribbon that's open and I can't find anything of my saved references in it so it's not usable. How about about that, can somebody help?
