My Laptop crashed - new windows reinstalled by Univ staff
Before I updated Zotero for the last version
Now, I only have a small Zotero folder copy in the one drive
I believe I lost my almost complete library
I don't remember if I saved it in Zotero cloud
Is there any chance you have in your cloud for me to recover it
If so, what do I need to recover it?

If your data isn't there, unless you synced with another account, your only option would be to restore from a backup of your Zotero data directory from they wiped the computer.
