ID:1508838410 - Error report and trojan ?
This is not a zotero problem but zotero related (it happens each time I open Zotero)
1. My antivirus software (Bitdefender) warns me that a threat has been blocked
(The file ...\39B69L5N\Glossary.html=>(JAVASCRIPT-COMPILATION) is infected with Trojan.Script.GenericKDZ.11800 and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.)
2. Zotero shows up an error message "access denied"
I already took the following steps:
*With Zotero:
- Searching in the search bar for the folder (it doesn't appear)
- Searching in Windows (Windows 10 btw) for the folder, deleting it than emptying the trash
- Searching in Zotero for glossary.html (no return)
- Syncing again
- Reinstalling Zotero
* With Bitdefender
- quarantined the file
- run complete scan
* With Windows Defender
- run complete scan (no threat found)
And the problem keeps reoccuring.
Again, I'm aware that Zotero is not the cause, and I tried to eliminate both on my computer and online the source (not sure I did, and not sure it originates there).
Anyone has any thought or (even better :) solution?
Thanks!
Jih.

This time when I opened Zotero, my antivirus didn't react.
So it seems to be resolved :) Thanks!
