refresh is not working. what should I do?

    You will probably need to provide more information about your problem.

    Please explain what you are attempting to refresh. What exactly does not update? Your document? A Zotero record? The Zotero software? Are you asking about the Zotero website? The desktop Zotero program? The iOS version? Something else?

    If you are translating an error message into English please provide the error message in the language you see on your screen.
