Hello! Everything worked fine, until one day it wouldn't let me put citations, and in the zotero it told me that it couldn't install the plugin in Word. I uninstalled everything, but when reinstalling it does not appear in the Word bar, and when I try to install from zotero (preferences-cites-reinstall plugin) it tells me that it has no problems but it still does not appear in word. I don't know what else to do or why it stopped working. My Microsoft Office is the newest and most up-to-date and has not changed. I tried the STARTUP Folder thing and everything is fine, and still no plugin.
