Upgrade StorageWord doesn't find Zotero sources

Nothing seems wrong in Zotero itself and yet Word doesn't find any sources? The only sources I can see are from shared libraries. I searched the forum already for possible solutions but nothing worked. I also tried all the steps on "Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents" and they didn't help either.
What can I do now?

1. Start Zotero.
2. Start Word
3. Add note using Zotero in Word
4. Search name of source
