Hello

I am using MS word with Zotero 6.0.4. I created end-note citations using the Zotero plugin for Word using Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (Full Note).

I now need to change the document to have parenthetical in-text citations in Harvard style. However, I either get an error message* or it converts it to Harvard but keeps it as end-notes. Can anyone advise me?

*Error message = "Zotero experiened an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"

Thanks
