Zotero not differentiate these referrences

I got these with APA 6th:

WHO. 2020. “Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19): Masks.” World Health Organization. Retrieved August 5, 2021 (https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/coronavirus-disease-covid-19-masks).
WHO. 2020. “Origin of SARS-CoV-2.” Retrieved July 31, 2021 (https://apps.who.int/iris/bitstream/handle/10665/332197/WHO-2019-nCoV-FAQ-Virus_origin-2020.1-eng.pdf).
WHO. 2021. “How to Report Misinformation Online.” Retrieved August 10, 2021 (https://www.who.int/campaigns/connecting-the-world-to-combat-coronavirus/how-to-report-misinformation-online).
WHO. 2021. “Timeline: WHO’s COVID-19 Response.” WHO. Retrieved July 28, 2021 (https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/interactive-timeline).

Why weren't there the a, b ... ??
I am using Libre office 7.3.2.2 and Zotero 6.04.
  • Certainly works. See: WHO-disambiguation

Make sure the data is entered correctly with the author in one-field mode and that there is no stray symbols. You can also copy-paste one name over the other to make sure it's the same.
    Make sure
  • There have been a couple of reports where changing to a different style and back fixed this

    Hi,
Thank you. I have tried changing to APA 7th and the file works fine.

However when I switched back to APA6th, the errors appear again.
  • Where are you changing citation style? The above is most definitely not APA 6. (there's no setting for this outside citation styles)

I think this might just be a case of OP using "American Sociological Association 6th edition" instead of actual APA.
APA6 is not bundled with Zotero anymore and needs to be added.

Hi gentleman, Thank you again. I have seen a comment of ASA6th from damanation. It is true. My mistake because of my fatigue of writing. Case closed.
