Can someone provide instructions on how to extract annotations from an external PDF reader (Adobe) now that Zotero has the embedded PDF reader and Zotfile no longer has the extract annotations option. I understand how to create a note from the annotations if I use the PDF reader built into Zotero, but cannot find documentation on how to extract annotations from an externally annotated PDF using the new versions.
