The extractor tool finds no references in my Word Document.
Details:
1. Latest Office for Mac
2. I use Word's tool for managing the bibliography.

The thread you posted to was about
Reference Extractor
, which only extracts citations created by Zotero or Mendeley. For citations created by the built-in Word tool, see this section:
