Extracting references created with Word citation tool

The extractor tool finds no references in my Word Document.

Details:

1. Latest Office for Mac
2. I use Word's tool for managing the bibliography.

The thread you posted to was about Reference Extractor, which only extracts citations created by Zotero or Mendeley. For citations created by the built-in Word tool, see this section:
