Zotero crashing in customers computer
Hi,
my customer has a persistent issue with Zotero crashing. She has Windows 10 computer, version 21H1 and Office installed as well. Office repair and Zotero reinstallation/update has been done but no luck. Now she has sent me a debugging file, maybe from that file I could get more information, what is actually crashing Zotero. Is there any way to send the debugging file to this support? It is 16 pages pdf file.

adomasven Zotero Team@IlkkaTarumaa It'd be best if your customre posted here directly. They need to go through the usual troubleshooting steps: Update Office, possibly disable security software temporarily, then look at Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents instructions.
