Hello, I need the Zotero add-on on word but I can’t make it work anymore. Last year I’ve activated the add-on and it worked for a few weeks before disappearing and since then I can’t retrieve it. I’ve deleted and readded the add-on and followed different steps to put it on again but it didn’t work. I did everything asked in this tutorial but still nothing  https://youtu.be/TOPQrlGcYfI . What can I do more ?
