Plugin for getting files from citations

I am wondering if there exists a plugin that does the following:

Assuming that I am reading a paper on the pdf viewer and there is a citation. By clicking on them a new window opens with the pdf of the citation given that this exists on arxiv or something.

    As a start, we can certainly auto-link DOIs.

    Great ! And maybe the "translate plugin" could be used to search in google scholar (for instance) so as to find papers with no DOI.

    In Zotero 6.0.14, available now, URLs and DOIs in PDFs are automatically detected and linked.
