When using, it often freezes

The performance of the computer is good, and other programs are used smoothly, but the use of Zotero often freezes. Is there too much literatures?

    Could you submit a Report ID? What do you mean it freezes? Do you have to forcefully quit it? Does it eventually unfreeze?

    The error report has been submitted.

    For example, when I use the built-in reader to make annotations, the system often has delays, does not respond to the functions I operate, and takes a while to operate.

    If the freeze is only temporary, could you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this?

    Does this happen if you disable all third-party extensions?

    It is not smooth when using zotero, and the above problems will also occur when third-party plug-ins are not used.

    When the use of zotero is not smooth, I have checked the memory capacity and CPU usage of the computer, and the data shows that they are all within a reasonable range. Is it because I have too many literatures? There are currently about 2,000 documents in Zotero.

    Can you provide a Debug ID that shows slow performance with third-party plugins disabled, along with a description of the exact steps you were taking and what was slow?
