Good afternoon, there existed some error with my Zotero. It was updated to 6.0.1 automatically. After it updated, i can not process my word normally for word is indicated that the Zotero link is overdued and i try to solve this problem according to his suggestion. But i failed. It showed that "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Zotero." I have tried this but still useless. Hope you give me a solution!
