Zotero is not communicating with Microsoft Word

I have enabled add-in and blocked my firewall after reinstalling Zotero and still Zotero is not communicating with Microsoft Word. I need suggestions to resolve. thanks

Effort to insert citation, response " Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is running and try again. If this problem persists, see......." FYI: I have EazyPaper app. I have tried without EazyPaper app and still receive the same message.

The error does not show. If there is no solution and if this is the first time this has occurred, that's ok. I will uninstall Zotero so that I can continue EazyPaper for my research paper. Thanks anyway.

I don’t know what that is but it’s not a Report ID. We have no way of helping you if you don’t provide the info we ask for.
