I get following error while trying to sync:
File not found for item 1708 after processing download in Zotero.Sync.Storage.processDownload()

Can you generate debug output for the sync attempt from the Advanced pane of the Zotero prefs, submit it, and post the Debug ID here?

At least one cause of this is fixed in 2.0b7.1, available now. Let us know if you're still seeing it after upgrading.
