PDF File Not Indexed file added to Zotero using drag and drop

(i) PDF File Not Indexed file added to Zotero using drag and drop.

(ii) Also when right click on pdf file in Zotero Windows error message "This app has been blocked by your system administrator". Then Zotero error message "Could not read text from PDF".

    Your system is blocking Zotero's PDF tools from running. You'll need to talk to your system administrator.

    Thank you for your reply. Our Admin "whitelisted" the Zotero app but I take it there are other tools that also need to be able to run to properly catalog the files. Are pdfinfo.exe and pdftotext.exe the only additional executables that need to run?

    updater.exe should be allowed as well for you to be able to install updates.
