Hi - I am writing in google docs - and when I click on either the Z symbol or in menu Zotero to add a citation - it pops up - unable to make a connection. I have spent hours trolling through help stuff - but getting really frustrated. I have uninstalled and reinstalled - made sure I have the zotero open in order to use it whilst in google docs.. really frustrated and would greatly appreciate help.
