Im using MLA citation style - Chicago manual. I am using Microsoft word. When use the zotero tab and go to the add or edit bibliography instead of letting me select from my library I get this chunk of a paragraph on my document
@Puri83: Add/Edit Bibliography just inserts a bibliography based on the citations you've added to the document using Add/Edit Citation. It looks like you've added some already.
Oh.. okay. Phew! So I need to make sure I add citations for everything that I want to note down in my bibliography? Ive cite only when paraphrasing and quoting. Not for ideas. But how do I format it so it's not one big chunk?
It's not very common to list uncited items in the bibliography, if that's what you want to do? If so, there are two options: 1. You can add items to your bibliography after adding it using the edit bibliography button 2. You can create your bibliography entirely from Zotero, without the Word add-on by selecting the sources and using right-click --> Create Bibliography

Then on completion you'd use the "Add bibliography" button to create a bibliography from all the cited works in your document.
