Zotero not working on google doc

I have the same issue as @callamartyn described here (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/89443/zotero-not-working-in-google-docs).

My Chrome is up to date, I have tried removing and re-adding Zotero connect to chrome, restarting chrome, Zotero, etc.

What could be the problem of this?

    Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector and another from Zotero for getting this error?

    Zotero cannot access this document.
    Restart your browser. When you first attempt to use Zotero with the document, you should be prompted to select a Google account. Make sure you select the account that has editing permissions for the document you're working on. The email address associated with your Zotero account is irrelevant.
