Upgrade StoragePosition of Quick Format Citation
I'm using LibreOffice Writer and the "Quick Format Citation" dialog appears in random position.
Sometimes appear in the last position I used (at the center of the screen), sometimes in the upper left corner of the screen.
Would it be possible to have it remember the last position used?

Yeah I'm on Linux, specifically on Fedora Workstation 35. I assumed it would hold across all OSes.
