Upgrade StoragePrevious collections can not be found in my library after reinstalling Zotero Desktop
I had four COLLECTIONS in MY LIBRARY. I always synced them online.
Recently I reinstall my Windows system, so Zotero Desktop as well. When I am adding from MS word, I find the article entry. But, they are NOT visible in "My Library" of Zotero Destop or online. I know citations are there as I can cite them inside MS word.
Can you suggest how I can find my previous COLLECTIONS?

If you added the collections on this computer before wiping it and reinstalling Windows, you likely just weren't fully in sync. If you added the collections on another computer, the collections would still be on the computer and you would need to sync it.
