I am noticing that some entries in my Zotero library are greyed out. The forums tell me that this can happen when there are issues with tags, but there are other entries with the same tags, and they look normal i.e. in black colour font.

This particular entry is a "web page," but there is another greyed out entry that is a "newspaper article."

I can't see any other difference in the parameters entered.

Any thoughts? Thanks
