Hello! I have problems to make citations in word. I have checked almost every options to solve it. Extensions are avaliable, account is conected... I will appreciate your help. Thanks.

You'll have to say more. What's the exact problem that you're encountering?
We'll also need a
Report ID
from Zotero, not the Zotero Connector.
