Change ugly arrows that indicate subitems

After I reinstalled my system, I get these ugly arrows as indication of subitems.

I looked around in the configuration but couldn't found anything related to it. I installed a few new fonts but nothing changed.

I'm on KDE Manjaro Linux.

    These are OS theme based. However the new item tree (that is now available in the Zotero Beta
    ) will return them back to the original chevron look.

    Thank you for the information.

    In case anyone else has the same question:

    Zotero uses GTK, so changing the theme will change the arrows.
    In my original print I was using the "Breeze" theme, "Breeze-darker" theme has better looking arrows:
