Word cannot communicate with Zotero

Hey Everyone,

I downloaded Zotero.
I can see the Zotero Icon in Word.

When I try to use it together it says "Word cannot communicate with Zotero."

When I open the Zotero Preferences and click on cite, there is no Word App. Also when I open the Zotero Tools I cannot find word.

Any tips please?

Also, I have the new MacBook Air M1.
