Accessible links to resources

Some of our clients request references with accessible links (readable sentences in which the resource link is embedded rather than the more complex URL eg. for screen readers). Would there be any advice on how to set these up in the item fields? Or would we still need to manually adjust these ourselves after the bibliography is created?

For example in the reference below the hyperlink https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/738776/Take-up_of_free_early_education_entitlements.pdf would be embedded in the accessible title 'Report link for Take-up of Free Early Education Entitlements' (I cant paste it as the window wont allow it).

There is no way to do it automatically in the CSL or Zotero. Only manually afterwards.
