Target of links in CV

LiborA
CV can contain a list of publications from a specific collection. The links to this publication are opened in the same windows. Can be it changed to open in a new tab (target="_blank")?

The reason is that it removes user agency. Without, you can use open in new tab or not to get the behavior you want
