Can Zotero separate multiple sequential citations with semicolon?
Using Zotero in Word with the APA 7th setup, I thought Zotero would automatically separate multiple sequential citations with a semicolon. It doesn't. The citations appear after one another in brackets, like this: (Johnsen & Torsteinsson, 2012, s. 28)(Weingarten, 1998). I can't manually delete the brackets in the middle (to put in a semicolon instead) without deleting the whole citation. Does anyone know if there's a way around this problem?

LiborAedited October 8, 2021You added citation in wrong way. You must add both citations in one window. In the "red window" (https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage#citing) add first citation and directly add the second. If you can add citation to another one then put cursor into the citation in the text and click on the "Add/Edit citation" and join the second citation. It is shown on https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage#customizing_cites
