"Zotero could not load translators and styles. "

Hi,
my zotero is stuck from a week now, it says that it can't load translators and styles. Does anybody has the clue of this mess ?

I uninstall / reinstall 5 times, tried everything...

    You can try resetting translators and styles from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences or simply deleting the 'styles' and 'translators' folders in your Zotero data directory and restarting Zotero.

    Thanks for your answer, I tried this too, a lot.. And it still continue with the bug :(

    If that's not working, it's likely a problem with security software on your computer preventing Zotero from reading or writing to the disk, or perhaps a permissions problem on the data directory itself. This isn't a problem in Zotero. Zotero obviously needs to be able to read and write to the files in its own data directory.
