Cannot access pdfs that others have posted in group library.

This is my first time using a group library for a project, and I cannot open any of the pdfs posted by the other members of the group. I have syncing enabled for the library, and have tried to manually sync it and nothing changes. When I go to open a pdf I get an error saying "the attachment file could not be found at the following path" and then lists the path that should have lead to the pdf. I have not moved or deleted any files within zotero storage, and am not familiar enough with the software to know what could be causing it.

    Short version: If you can't access them on the web library either, it's not your problem to fix — it's the other group members'.
